EFC team up with the BCFA for another season!

We are pleased to announce that we will be teaming up with the Brentwood Community Football Alliance Youth League again, for the 2019-2020 season.

The BCFA are one of the largest youth leagues in Essex, hosting over 320 teams. EFC have been supplying a coach to support the futsal league every Saturday morning.

Our staff have helped introduce young teams to the sport by offering guidance to both players and coaches. Due to the rapid expansion of the BCFA league, we have been asked to not only continue our partnership, but to extend our service on a Saturday with extra hours required.

We look forward to continuing our work together and providing a service to aid the development of all involved.

Another successful term!

Essex Schools Sports Coaching have had an outstanding school term. The impact made in our schools has been huge, according to the feedback from the staff/headteachers.

We have not only kept our high standards but we have also grown as a company. We have Added to our list of schools as well as extended the number of services that we can provide.

Entering the borough of Havering has been a real bonus. The mentoring and delivery supplied by our staff has left them in high demand. The young people in the borough have benefited hugely and we hope that it enables them to achieve their goals.

As much as our staff are looking forward to the Easter break, they are extremely excited to see how much more of a difference they can make to the young lives in Essex when they return.

School Success

2018 has proven to be another successful year for our talented team. Our talented staff have exceled within the school partnerships, motivating and mentoring many young pupils.

We recently began our first secondary partnership with a school in Essex. Our coach is used to mentor and challenger for disadvantaged and underachieving pupils. He also deliver the princes trust award and has received a lot of praise from both senior leadership and the pupils themselves.

With 2019 around the corner, we will be looking to progress our current partnerships even more to ensure that our schools are receiving the service they deserve and that we are having the impact that’s expected.

If you would like to discuss any new partnerships with us, please do not hesitate to contact us using the contact tab above.

From England to Africa, to the FA Cup

Three of our staff have had some fantastic news over the past three weeks:

Sam (pictured on the left) has been selected to represent a England C team for two fixtures in the Falkland islands. The team is made up of semi professional players from step 4 and is a great achievement for Sam. After a terrific start to the season with Witham Town, Sam deserves his chance and we wish him all the best for the trip.

Henry (pictured on the left) has been called up to play in an African cup of nations qualifying game for Kenya. He will travel to Nairobi to play against Sierra Leone next week. With the chance to play alongside Victor Wanyama from Tottenham Hotspur, we are sure that Henry will enjoy his first taste of international football. Good luck and safe travels!

Tosin (Pictured on the left) has been hard at work leading his side Haringey Borough to the first round of the FA cup. Playing in step 3 of the Bostik Prem, Haringey are the lowest ranked side to make it to the first round. Tosin will lead his team out against AFC Wimbledon live on BBC 2, on Friday 9th November. Best of luck Tosin!

With never ending positive feedback, we are confident that our success will continue and our young players will benefit from making endless childhood memories.

We will be releasing our future camp dates after October half term and we look forward to seeing our regular youngsters along with new young players.

The first camp of 2018

February 13th brought about the first day of our half term camp. The first of 10 football camps in 2018, proved to be another exciting event with over 40 players in attendance. Despite the wet and windy conditions, the young players did not waste one minute hiding from the cold. With smiles on their faces, they all braved the weather in hope that they would leave with one of many prizes, medals or as a world cup winner.

After receiving some fantastic feedback, we are anticipating many players attending our Easter camps and look forward to seeing you all.

Summer Camp 3 – 2017

This week was the third of our four summer camps at Shenfield High School. As always it was a busy three days with plenty of smiles and celebrations.

The three day camp saw over fifty children between the ages of 4-10 years old in attendance. This brought a lot of activity in the transfer market, for the three day premier league competition that took place after lunch.

The quiz that took place every day was dominated by the summers transfers around Europe and even tested some of the coaches at points.

We are back on Monday 21st August for our fourth and final camp of the summer. Get booking!
